I am an “All-American” dog – this means that I have all of the best traits of all of the best dogs. Because of my heterogeneous background I have lots of interests. I have explored different types of work but not until recently did I find my calling – lady of leisure. I really enjoy the work. Don’t get me wrong, I am very active, I take my mom or dad out for walks whenever I so please.
I was born in the Appalachia region of these great United States. I hitched a ride from West Virginia to Buffalo, New York, which is a very special place for me because it is where I met my dad. My first day with dad was very important because he decided to name me after the first song that we listened to together in the car, “Cassidy” by the Grateful Dead. After a brief spell in Buffalo we decided to move to Austin, TX – which was a blast. I decided I wanted to see the seasons change again and recently moved mom and dad back to Philadelphia.
Being in Philadelphia is great for me because I get to see my great grandma and grandparents all the time. I thought mom and dad spoiled me but it is nothing compared to how they spoil me. Plus, I am closer to the beach. OMG, I love swimming. My happiest day is waking up at the beach, eating bacon and eggs, going for a swim, drying off by rolling in the sand, getting a bath and comb then coming home and curling up on the couch with mom and dad – seriously, best day ever.
I house trained my dad in a week – dude is crazy obedient.
