Founded by former Maine lobsterman Luke Holden in 2009, Luke’s Lobster has eleven locations in NYC, D.C. and Philadelphia. The restaurant concept is simple and innovative, keeping the stores minimal like the lobster shacks the partners grew up eating at in Maine.
