My first exposure to the real estate industry was when I worked on the construction team for a commercial developer located in central New Jersey. This experience sparked an interest in efficient building processes and I wanted to be a part of a project until fruition. My exposure to unique tenants and small business owners sparked an interest in discovering what makes retail spaces tick and more particular – to try and find success in this ever-changing consumer economy. After graduating from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, I decided to cultivate my interest in real estate coupled with my growing desire to explore historical trends and retail at MSC retail.
At MSC, I spend my days working alongside a dynamic duo, Scott Weiss and Jason Bock, representing a variety of retail tenants in and around the Philadelphia area. I bring a unique perspective to the team through my experience in working on building restoration and renovation projects for new retail spaces. My eagerness to explore the history of a space or a particular retailer’s backstory in an effort to acquire the whole story is what makes myself so compatible with the family here at MSC.
When I am not at the office, I can be spotted fishing in secluded hidden canals and lakes on my kayak, mountain biking along the Appalachian trails, or even tinkering on cars and dirt bikes with my father. If the activity is anywhere outdoors, then I will most likely be anxious to participate. I am an avid movie buff who on occasion can be coerced into doing some pretty good impersonations. Family is everything to me and I spend a large percentage of my free time with my siblings, my parents, my German Shepard, Buck and my Pug, Buster – at least until I have a family of my own.
"Any damn fool can build homes. What counts is how many you can sell for how little."
