After cutting my teeth for three years after college working in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, I made the transition to my other passion – real estate. Since then, during my time at MSC, I’ve brought the same competitive attitude to the business and have worked tirelessly on behalf of all my clients to reach and exceed their expectations. My focus is primarily on suburban landlord representation, having helped grow that silo of business into one of the highest growth platforms in our company.
Throughout my tenure at MSC Retail, I had led the charge in developing our flourishing Landlord Representation Division, working with the Delaware Valley region's leading developers and landlords – including Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE), Korman Commercial, The Goldenberg Group, Allied Properties, Audubon Land Development and many more. At the present time, I’m currently overseeing a portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet that runs the gamut from traditional grocery anchored centers to new construction lifestyle projects and everything in between. In addition to my landlord responsibilities, I represent multiple high-growth retail and restaurant tenants including national fast growing QSR concepts Blaze Pizza and Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches and national women's boutique fitness concept, Pure Barre.
I live with my wife, Kirsten, in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia. When we’re not trying new restaurants around the city, you can usually find me doing something athletic. I’m a passionate Philadelphia sports fan (some of my best and worst memories are from the hallowed Veterans Stadium), but I also enjoy running and participating in local intramural sports. In the summers, Kirsten and I try and get down to my family’s place in Margate, NJ as often as possible, where the house is always filled with what’s most important – good friends and family.
My shoe closet is larger than my wife’s. I am a sucker for sneakers…I own over 35 pairs (and counting).
