Having earned my B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, I was eager to align my career aspirations with my personal passion for food and fashion by joining the MSC Family. Post graduation, I held multiple positions with medical sales companies throughout the country. Prior to joining MSC Retail, I enjoyed a successful career in managing a sales team at GE Healthcare in San Diego, CA. A city girl at heart, I enjoy working to make my hometown the most vibrant place to live.
Splitting my time between tenant representation and landlord assignments, I have experience in national tenant representation, high volume tenant rollouts, local mom and pops looking to expand, large grocery anchored centers, small boutique strip-centers, and everything in between. Alongside MSC Retail Managing Principal, Douglas Green, I exclusively represent honeygrow, a rapidly expanding fast-casual concept born in Philadelphia. Amidst its national expansion, I have had a front row seat in helping assist the brand in site selection and strategic growth across over a dozen major metro markets in the US. I have also worked with a diverse mix of strong national brands such as Sleepy's, Shoe Carnival, Denny’s, Qdoba Mexican Grill, T-Mobile, The Greene Turtle, DXL- Destination XL, FLOR and Rack Room Shoes. I have represented some of the most prominent owners and developers in the tri-state area including The Buccini/Pollin Group, Brandywine Realty Trust and Baker Properties. As a Philadelphia native, I pride myself on taking a unique and personal approach to my work. The combination of my familiarity with the area and my passion for the restaurant and retail industry inspires me to bring the best in class to our market. Whether I am working with my national clients or a local start-up, my objective is to create long-term client relationships with both tenants and landlords to make my hometown a more vibrant place to live.
Above all else is my family and friends. I take delight in new things, including meeting new people and traveling to new places. I suffer no fools. I wrote my college entrance exam essay on the “art of the perfect handshake” and the importance of first impressions. I relish fashion and the beach, probably a little too much. Outside the office, you can find me sailing, skiing, planning my next adventure, or spending time with Jackson Pollock (my dog, not the famous artist). I share my Dad’s passion for jazz and frequent the Philadelphia Orchestra. When not out enjoying live music, I can usually be found dining at one of Philly's many restaurants (preferably al fresco) with a glass of wine or martini in hand.
Jeremy Piven once told me he liked my smile. I have been smiling ever since.
