Having earned my B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, I was eager to align my career aspirations with my personal passion for food and fashion by joining the MSC Family. Post graduation, I held multiple positions with medical sales companies throughout the country and traveled extensively selling medical devices. Prior to joining MSC Retail, I managed a sales team of 20 people at GE Healthcare in San Diego, CA. A city and family girl at heart, I moved home to the Rittenhouse neighborhood of Philadelphia and now enjoy working to make my hometown a vibrant place to live.
Throughout my career, I have represented some of the most relevant, active and prominent brands in the retail, entertainment, and restaurant world: honeygrow, T-Mobile, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Sleepy’s, DXL, Denny’s, Chickie + Pete’s, Shoe Carnival, The Greene Turtle, Rack Room, among many others. My diverse professional experience has afforded me a wealth of opportunities to extend my knowledge and leadership interests outside of MSC.
I handle tenant representation, landlord assignments and investment sales throughout the Delaware Valley Region and have developed tremendous experience with national accounts handling initial market penetrations, strategic roll-outs and disposition work. I exclusively represented honeygrow, a rapidly expanding fast-casual concept since its inception in Philadelphia. Amidst its national expansion, I had a front row seat in helping assist the brand in site selection and strategic growth across over a dozen major metro markets across the US. I handle tenant representation assignments as far north as New York City and as far south as Virginia.
In addition to my work on the tenant side, I also am adept at leasing developments of all kinds, from grocery anchored, to power and lifestyle, and have represented some of the most prominent owners and developers in region including Marriott Hotels and Resorts/Clearview Capital, Seritage, The Buccini/Pollin Group, Brandywine Realty Trust and Cross Properties. My working knowledge of multiple east coast metro markets and my passion for the restaurant and retail industry provides me different and unique lenses and inspires me to bring he best in class to our market.
Above all else is my family and friends. I take pleasure in new things, including meeting new people and traveling to new places as often as I can. Way back when, I wrote my college entrance exam essay on the “art of the perfect handshake” and the importance of first impressions. I relish fashion and the beach, probably a little too much. Outside the office, you can find me playing tennis, sailing, or attempting to play 9 holes with a friend. I share my Dad’s passion for jazz and frequent the Philadelphia Orchestra. When not out enjoying live music, I can usually be found dining at one of the neighborhood restaurants (preferably al fresco) with a glass of wine or martini in hand.
