Director, MSC Hospitality



I attended the University of Denver for Hospitality Management and have worked at some of the most iconic hotels and restaurants, including Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC, Maxim’s de Paris, and The Rainbow Room. In 2003 I moved to Philadelphia to work for Stephen Starr before starting Brookwood Consulting Group in 2007, assisting chefs and operators to create business plans and raise money for opening restaurants. I was able to take my experience with Brookwood to MSC’s hospitality division.


Hospitality is my passion, and I have been working in the industry since I was 14 years old. I joined MSC to create and direct MSC Hospitality, a consulting and advisory division that works with clients to build their business and find their ideal restaurant space. I am happy to use my years in the industry, including owning and managing Zavino Hospitality Group and our growing portfolio of top-notch restaurants, in managing this division.

Not Work

I love spending time with my two children, Daisy (who at 7 is already quite the fashion enthusiast) and Oliver (who is 10 and a HUGE Philly sports fan). We spend most of our time in the summers at our beach house in LBI. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and never turn down an opportunity to catch up with good friends over a cocktail… or two.



When planning the menu for Zavino, I visited Italy and traveled across the country to find the best pizza ingredients.
