Jason Bock

Executive Vice President

My expertise includes tenant rollouts throughout the Tri-State region, as well as investment sales and leasing projects of all kinds. I am also very involved in the development process consisting of small corner assemblages to large acre mixed-use projects. I have worked with some of the largest names in retail and restaurants: ALDI, CVS, Dollar General, Zoes Kitchen, Panda Express, Boston Market, Potbelly, Popeyes, Hillstone Restaurant Group, Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group, Firebirds and many more. I have leased everything from lifestyle and power centers, to grocery anchored developments, and even urban street front retail which has led me to a successful career here at MSC Retail.

As Executive Vice President, I have the opportunity to work closely with my associates at MSC Retail and develop their potentials as top brokers in the industry. I am very involved with their deal-making transactions, as well as my entire brokerage day-to-day book of business. I have worked with everyone from entrepreneurs opening a restaurant or retail store for the first time, to national chains coming to the market. I have industry experience in everything from ground up development projects to investment sales in the Tri-State region and everything in between. I am highly involved in the brokerage world both in the office, in the city, and nationally as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). I have held numerous positions for ICSC, and am currently an active member of ICSC’s PA/NJ/DE Planning Committee and the ICSC National Next Generation Conference.

Not Work

I enjoy working in bustling Rittenhouse Square as well as relaxing at home in Villanova, PA. I love travelling and going on golf trips as much as possible and am a big fan of having a good time. I play ice hockey and squash on a weekly basis, and I enjoy being around my friends and family as much as I can. In the winter, I ski out west and I spend my summers in Avalon at the beach wake boarding and water skiing in the back bays.

Penny Hardaway once shot a golf ball into my cup at the Michael Jordan Invitational Golf Tournament at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas.
