I received a degree in civil engineering upon graduating from Lehigh University and immediately parlayed that into a 9+ year career in project management in the construction industry. Working for the largest general contractor in the country afforded me the opportunity to have several roles, including a multi-year stint in finance where I helped manage over $750 million in volume across various market sectors. Additionally, I held engineering and project management positions for the construction of several new state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in Philadelphia, PA and Princeton, NJ. While there, I was able to hone my skills in estimating, contract negotiation and coordination along with reviewing and understanding contract drawings, floor plans and specifications to ultimately deliver the space that each individual owner was expecting. The exciting opportunity to utilize both my technical acumen and interpersonal skills in the real estate market drove me to make a career change and join the MSC Retail family.
In 2015, I joined MSC Retail as a Retail Guru, where I collaborate with other brokers in my representation of both tenants and landlords throughout the Delaware Valley region. With almost a decade of experience in construction project management, with a variety of retail and mixed-use developments, I enjoy leveraging the skills I garnered in my past career to offer clients expert insight on many levels.
I live in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia with my wife Meaghan and our three illustrious pets, Griffin, Shatzi & Harry. When not vacuuming the house to keep it clear of animal hair, we enjoy dining out at many of the fantastic local restaurants and love to travel (Europe has been our recent favorite destination). I am a true sports fan, whether it be playing, watching a game in my living room or at least having the Phillies broadcast on in the background. Above all else, spending time with my friends and family is most important to me.
I’ve often been told that I look like Ben Affleck, which my wife refuses to acknowledge. I’ll take it either way.
